I started my undergrad as a computer science major but realized I wanted to do more with the intersection of programming and data analysis & interpretation. This is when I started looking into the CS+GGIS major and found that many of the classes worked with real data to find solutions to real world problems. I really liked this type of work which is why I decided to make the switch from CS to CS+GGIS.
