Célio Moura

Biography

Célio is a Brazilian architect and researcher born in the city of Recife (Pernambuco). Since 2015 he has been developing studies at the Landscape Laboratory and the Peri-urban Studies Laboratory (Universidade Federal de Pernambuco), focusing on integrated urban conservation, natural heritage conservation, and protected areas issues. Currently, his interests are focused on discussing the processes of territorialization and deterritorialization of what he understands as "traditional urban communities."
